ALL ECM, TCM, and fuel modules sold by ECMCustoms are NON-REFUNDABLE electronic modules.  They are subject to installation error and mishandling by the end user, and ECMCustoms is unable to monitor proper installation.

BUYER DUE DILIGENCE:  The buyer is advised, obtain an in-writing diagnosis and estimate of repair of any existing problem by the dealer or competent mechanic BEFORE making final purchase.  We can not be responsible for incorrect diagnosis by the buyer, nor can we provide troubleshooting.  Do not assume that the merchandise can be returned as a trial-and-error service that we provide.

Buyer understands that if there is a problem with our module or software service, This does happen from time to time.  We will work toward a conclusion to resolve it.  This may include replacing the module at our expense, if in our judgement we have supplied defective merchandise.

WARRANTY:  Buyer agrees that warranty is activated when purchased with our programming method, and that any 3rd party programming method will void this warranty.  This includes ALL handheld programming methods.

PAYPAL:  Buyer agree and acknowledges that this agreement is submitted to paypal during the checkout process.  Any disputes or claims will be sent in writing first to ECMCustoms using our contact page.
